So when danger threatens her camp, she sets out to protect her people. Prey tells the story of a young woman, Naru, a fierce and highly skilled warrior who has been raised in the shadow of some of the most legendary hunters who roam the Great Plains. It definitely looks less sci-fi and more like a warrior, but that makes sense when this story is set hundreds of years before the events of 1987's Predator. After hiding it in shadow, for the most part, or just showing it from behind, this is a welcome sight and one that proves this new take on the alien is one that the team working on this reboot has absolutely nailed. While we definitely appreciate a closer look at the warriors that will square off with the Predator, this is the first time we've got to see the monster in all its glory.
